The notes are compiled in a Daily Report inside emails to the caregiver and patient. | What Comments are kept in CareNotez? CareNotez adds Comments with standard topics and allows many caregivers to contribute for each patient/day. Typical topics are Toilet, Food, Drink, & Needs, each time-stamped and editable from Staff: to Patient: Caregivers can Arrive & Depart anytime, and Add Comments anytime. Date & time stamps can be edited. At the end of shift, CareNotez sends a detailed email as Daily Report. At the top of Daily Report is Needs reported today. | What else does CareNotez do for you? CareNotez offers easy access for today's staff to confirmed personal & medical info, including medications, daily routines, favorite meals and snacks. Appointments like Doctor - Dentist - Hair - Nails - are scheduled for reminders, and appear until the Appointmant is past. | If you are responsible for an elderly patient, CareNotez gives you a personal website for notes to help you and your caregivers provide the best care. | A personal backstory CareNotez was designed by a caregiver to help his Mom, replacing several spiral-bound-books that could only be read onsite. Different caregivers writing can hard to read, with different notations and abbreviations. The spiral-bound-books included daily Needs that were almost never seen in time for the next day.
